About This Event:
This is a 300 meter Pool swim in Waterloo Natatorium, 13.8 mile hilly bike and a 3.5 mile run with 1.5 miles of trail running around Waterloo Lake. Limited to 400 individual entrants. Very popular event sold out the last 3 years. USA Triathlon sanctioned. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS. Confirmation/race instructions sent by e-mail.

Denison Dash Tri: A 5 Star Event
Sold out the last 3 years and the birth place of President Eisenhower. This Pool Swim race offers one of the most sought after and popular off road run courses in Triathlon. Challenging and scenic with 1.5 miles on trails around beautiful Lake Waterloo. Bike is 13.8 miles of rolling hills. Limited to 400 entrants.

Waiver and Release
USAT Waiver will be signed at Packet Pick-up. All entrants/competitors will be required to sign the USAT Waiver and pick up their OWN packet. NO one will be permitted to collect another entrant's packet. NO Race day packet pick-up. Picture ID required.
